HUNTVISUALS
A simpler way for us to work together
Hi Sebastian. I've put this together to explain an idea simply. Read it in your own time. There is no rush. If anything is unclear, just ask me and I'll walk you through it.
The short version
- Your ads were working. They brought in real enquiries.
- I want to keep that going, in a way that is easier on your cash.
- The idea: you pay me a small amount up front, then a share of each sale the ads bring you.
- So we both win when it works. The bigger the sale, the more we both earn.
Where we are now
When your ads were live, they were getting good results.
Then we turned them off because money was tight. That is completely understandable.
This plan is built to fix exactly that. It keeps the system running without piling pressure on your cash.
The idea, in plain words: a revenue share
Right now, most of my clients pay me a fixed fee every month.
A revenue share is different. It means:
- You pay me a small amount each month.
- On top of that, I earn a share of every sale the system brings you.
So instead of paying a big fee and hoping it works, you pay less up front. I only earn more when you actually make money. My success is tied to yours.
Why I think this is good for you
- It is lighter on your cash right now.
- You are not paying a big fee for something that hasn't made you money yet.
- I am fully motivated to get you sales, because that is how I earn too.
- We are properly on the same team.
How it would work
- I set your ads back up and get them running well.
- You pay a small monthly fee. This covers my team's time.
- You keep control of the ad budget (see the next box).
- Every time the system brings you a sale, you pay me a share of it. You only pay this once your customer has actually paid you.
- We look at the numbers together every month, so it always stays clear and fair.
Important: the ad budget vs my fee
These are two separate things. This part is worth reading slowly.
- The ad budget is the money that goes to Facebook to actually show your ads. You control this. It has always been separate from what you pay me.
- My fee is for the work I do: making the ads, running them, and the system behind them.
In this plan, you still pay the ad budget, and my fee is smaller up front. I only earn more when sales come in.
A simple example
These are example numbers, just so you can picture it. We would agree the real ones together.
Small monthly fee: around £500 plus VAT
Plus: 10% of each sale the system brings you
So if the ads bring you a £20,000 sauna sale, my share is £2,000. You keep £18,000.
If it brings you a £40,000 sale, my share is £4,000. You keep £36,000.
You only pay my share after your customer has paid you. And if the ads bring no sales that month, you only pay the small fee. The bigger the sales, the more we both win.
What I'd need from you
For this to be fair to both of us, we need to clearly see which sales came from the ads. So we would run all your new enquiries through one simple system I set up for you.
- It means we can both see, in one place, what the ads are bringing in.
- We only count new sales that came through the ads, not customers you would already have had.
- It is easy to use, and there is never any confusion about the numbers.
A few quick questions
Before we lock anything in, I just want to understand your business a bit better, so we set the numbers up fairly. There are no wrong answers.
- When the ads were running, roughly how many of those enquiries turned into paid saunas?
- Roughly what does one sauna sale leave you, after your costs?
- When someone buys, how soon do you actually get paid?
- Are you happy to keep paying the ad budget yourself, while I only earn extra when we make you a sale?
- Can we run all your new enquiries through one simple system, so we can both see what is working?
Next step
Have a read when you get a chance. Then let's jump on a quick call and go through it together. I'll answer anything, and we will agree numbers that feel fair to both of us.
No pressure at all. I just think this is a smarter way for us to work, and I'm keen to get your sauna sales flowing again.
